Hand-Made Frontier Style - Period Long Knife Blade 1095 High carbon steel. Differentially tempered. Cutting edge tempered to Rc 59-60 Construction: Partial Tang Dimensions: Blade 8 1/4" - Handle 5" - Overall 13 1/4" - Width 1 1/4" - Thickness 1/8" Grip: Beautiful, crown antler secured with two solid copper pins and a rawhide wrap/ferrule. Sheath: Hand stitched 7-8 oz. Veg tan leather with welt. Decorated with a rawhide wrap, trade beads, copper cones and a deer hide fringe. Finish: Period correct. Special Features. File work on spine. This knife is stamped with my makers mark “NR” and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Great period-knife for re-enactors or collectors who crave tradition.
