Some are made using the hand-forged method while others are by stock removal.
Hand-crafted, crown antler belt knife with a rawhide ferrule. 4 1/4" blade, 8 1/2" overall. Frontier style sheath, rawhide over veg-tan leather. Decorated with a deer hide fringe and trade beads.
Large Bowie knife with an antler grip. Rawhide ferrule and file worked blade. Overall this knife is 14 5/8" long.
Belt/Camp Knife with spalted elm scales. 10 1/4" overall.
#K64 French pistol grip belt knife. Decorated with a rawhide and cord ferrule and brass tacks. Aged blade with hammer and forge marks. 9 1/8" overall.
#K50 Belt knife. Weathered maple scales. Rawhide and cord ferrule. 10 1/8" overall.
Big bowie. I custom-made this large knife for a customer in Australia from 1/4" thick O-1 tool steel. Brass lined lanyard hole, amboyna burl scales and file work.
Period hunter with iron bolsters, brass lined lanyard hole and spalted maple scales. Filework on spine of blade. Frontier style sheath with a partial wrap of buffalo hide and linework. Knife is 7 1/2" long overall.
