Period Frontier Skinner

Blade Steel: 1095 High Carbon Steel. Differentially tempered. Cutting edge tempered to Rc. 58-59

Construction: Full Tang

Dimensions: Blade 5" - Handle 4 1/2" - Overall 9 1/2" - Width 1 1/2" - Thickness 1/8"

Scales: Beautiful, grainy hickory secured with four iron pins.

Sheath: Hand stitched 6-7 oz. Veg tan leather with welt. "Antiqued"

Finish: Aged finish. Period correct.

Special Features. Hammer and forge marks.

This knife is stamped with my makers mark “NR” and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Great for re-enactors or collectors who crave tradition. Hand-made in the traditions of long ago.
