Hand-Forged Vintage Style French "Triangle" Chef/Kitchen Knife
Blade: Hand forged from a L6 high carbon tool steel bar. Differentially tempered. Cutting edge tempered to Rc 60-62.
Construction: Full Tang.
Dimensions: Blade 5 3/8" - Handle 4 3/4" - Overall 10 1/8" - Width 1 3/4" - Thickness 1/8"
Scales: Hard maple, secured with six iron pins.
Sheath: Handstitched 7-8 oz. Veg tan leather with a welt.
Finish: Brute de forge.
