Custom Hand-forged Frontier Style Hunter Knife Blade Steel: 1095 high carbon steel, tempered to a Rockwell 59-60 Construction: Full Tang Dimensions: Blade 5 1/4" - Handle 4" - Overall 9 1/4" - Width 1 3/8" - Thickness 1/8" Scales: Beautiful, weathered maple scales, secured with four solid brass pins. Sheath: Hand stitched 6-7 oz. Veg tan leather. Finish: Primitive finish with hammer and forge marks. Special Feature: File worked blade. This knife is stamped with my makers mark “NR” and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Great for re-enactors or collectors who crave tradition. Hand-made in the traditions of long ago.
