Blade Steel: 1095 high carbon steel, tempered to a Rockwell 59-60 Construction: Full tang Dimensions: Blade 6 3/8" - Handle 5" - Overall 11 3/8" - Width 1 1/2" - Thickness 5/32" Scales: Hickory secured with four iron pins and a rawhide/cord ferrule. Sheath: Hand stitched 6-7 oz. Veg tan leather with welt. Rawhide wrap. Decorated with a deerhide fringe, trade beads and brass tacks. Finish: Period correct aged finish. Special Features: File work on spine of blade. This knife is stamped with my makers mark “NR” and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Hand-made in the traditions of long ago.
