Hand forge vintage style belt trail knife with leather sheath

Custom hand-forged Trail Knife.

Blade Steel: L6 high carbon tool steel, tempered to a Rockwell 58-59.

Construction: Full tang

Dimensions: Blade 3 3/4" - Handle 4 3/8" - Overall 8 1/8" - Width 1 1/8" - Thickness 1/8"

Handle/Scales: Curly maple, secured with four iron pins.

Sheath: 7-8 oz. veg tan leather with welt.

Finish: Period correct.

Special Features: File worked blade. Forge marks.

This knife is stamped with my maker's mark “NR” and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Great for re-enactors or collectors who crave tradition. Hand-made in the traditions of long ago. A nice vintage style knife. Very sharp and functional.
