Blade: L6 high carbon tool steel. Differentially tempered. Cutting edge tempered to Rc 59-60.

Construction: Full Tang.

Dimensions: Blade 4 1/2" - Handle 4 5/8" - Overall 9 1/8" - Width 1 5/16" - Thickness 1/8"

Scales: Black walnut secured with four iron pins.

Sheath: Handstitched 7-8 oz. veg tan leather with welt. Tooled.

Finish: Forge finish. Period correct.

Special Features. File work.

This hand forged knife is stamped with my maker's mark “NR” and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Great for re-enactors or collectors who crave tradition. Hand-made in the traditions of long ago. A nice hand-crafted frontier style trade knife. Very sharp.
