Blade Steel: 1075 high carbon steel, tempered to a Rockwell 59-60

Construction: Hidden tang.

Dimensions: Blade 4 5/8" - Handle 4 5/8" - Overall 9 1/4" - Width 1 1/8" - Thickness 1/8"

Scales: Weathered red oak. Secured with a forged steel ferrule and one iron pin.

Sheath: Veg tan leather with welt. "Antiqued"

Finish: Forge finish.

Special Features: File work on spine.

This knife is stamped with my maker's mark “NR” and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

This is a vintage style custom-knife that will take and keep a great edge. Great for re-enactors or collectors who crave tradition. Handmade and hand-forged in the traditions of long ago. Very sharp.
