Custom hand-forged Hunter. Blade Steel: 1095 High carbon steel, tempered to a Rockwell 58-59. Construction: Full Tang Dimensions: Blade 4 3/8" - Handle 4" - Overall 8 3/8" - Width 1 5/16" - Thickness 1/8" Scales: Beautiful hard curly maple, secured with four solid brass pins. Sheath: Veg tan leather with welt. Decorated with linework of an oak leaf. Finish: Aged finish. Period correct. Special Features: Fileworked blade. This knife is stamped with my makers mark “NR” and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Great for re-enactors or collectors who crave tradition. Hand-made in the traditions of long ago.
